Problem: Call takers and dispatchers working late shifts would have to be escorted to their cars by an armed deputy as a security precaution. There was very little in the way of security infrastructure and as a result, employees leaving work late at night were at risk. Each location had unique needs and requirements.

Solution: TrueSystems was able to implement a superior video surveillance system, customized to meet the specific security challenges and needs of each facility.The PSAP facility installed cameras to monitor the front and rear doors as well as the hallway and the parking lot. Camera feeds that go directly to the PSAP lets agents monitor who is entering and leaving the building. Armed deputies no longer need to escort employees to their cars during the 11.00 pm shift change, freeing up time and resources that can be put towards other priorities.
