Andrew J. “Flip” Filipowski

InterAct Executive Chairman, Andrew "Flip" Filipowski, age 57, is one of the world's most successful high-tech entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and industry visionaries. The former COO of Cullinet, the largest software company of the 1980's, was also the founder and CEO of PLATINUM technology, inc. Flip grew PLATINUM into the 8th largest software company in the world at the time of its sale to Computer Associates for $4 billion dollars, the largest such transaction for a software company at the time. Upside Magazine named him one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Information Technology and the Triad Business Journal recently named him as one of 2008's
75 Most Influential People in the Triad. A recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year Awards from both Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch, Flip has also been awarded the Young President’s Organization Legacy Award and the Anti-Defamation League's Torch of Liberty award for his work fighting hate on the Internet.

Ted Collins

As chief executive officer of InterAct Public Safety Systems, Mr. Collins, age 43, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and executing the strategic vision of the company. Mr. Collins has worked in the computer industry for 25 years, and has spent the past 17 exclusively working in software businesses.Prior to joining InterAct, Mr. Collins founded MissionMode Solutions, Inc. in 2003, a crisis management and communication system used globally by companies to execute and coordinate business continuity and emergency response plans. Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries rely on MissionMode on a daily basis including airlines, retail chains, oil and gas exploration and refinement, financial institutions, nuclear plants and homeland security agencies as well as police, fire and EMT. Like InterAct Public Safety Systems, MissionMode is a member of the SilkRoad Equity family of companies based in Winston-Salem, NC.Mr. Collins has also been a leader in many technology companies including, PLATINUM technology, OpinionWare, and Divine, Inc.

Anne Martin
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Martin, 51, joined InterAct Public Safety Systems in 2005 holding a variety of positions in the finance department before becoming Chief Financial Officer. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Ms. Martin served as the chief financial officer for a community bank. Before that, she spent 13 years with Wachovia in the areas of commercial banking, cash management, and strategic planning. She received an MBA from Wake Forest University with a concentration in Finance.

Jennifer Filipowski
Executive Vice President, Marketing
Ms. Filipowski, age 36, brings her marketing expertise to InterAct Public Safety Systems to highlight the company’s image as a superior public safety systems provider. Ms. Filipowski has been in the marketing business for almost 15 years and has proven herself a savvy marketing mind. She planned conferences and events for companies such as PLATINUM technology and the Vail Valley Arts Council. She was also the founder and CEO of MeetHead, an online resource for meeting and event planners before becoming marketing programs director at divine, inc. After divine, Ms. Filipowski joined SilkRoad technology as the director of marketing. Ms. Filipowski has achieved a bachelor of arts in communication from the University of Illinois.

Paul Tatro
Executive Vice President, Sales
Paul Tatro, age 51, brings a solid sales record and superior management skills to InterAct as EVP of Sales. Mr. Tatro provides leadership to business development and oversees the entire InterAct sales team. Prior to joining InterAct, Mr. Tatro was president of USA Operations at ClearPace Software Ltd. He has also spent time as an independent consultant with various companies to develop and implement the strategies and systems for sales and marketing, human resources, project management, customer support (CRM), and training. Tatro also previously served as CEO of Alterna Technology Group, president of International Operations for divine, inc., and executive vice president of international operations for PLATINUM technology, inc. where he grew the company's international presence in 52 countries, dramatically expanding international revenues to $350 million.

Jeff Jones
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Jones joined InterAct Public Safety Systems in 2007 and is responsible for leading InterAct's business development and channel partner initiatives. In this role, Mr. Jones focuses on creating new revenue through global and regional systems integrators, value-added resellers, and distributors. With a background that encompasses both the public and private sectors, he brings over 15 years in sales and business development, program management, and large solution delivery expertise to the team. Prior to joining InterAct, Jones served in various engineering and project management positions at Lockheed Martin and contributed to the sales growth and success of several software companies, including Enterworks, Inc. and SAS - the world's largest privately held software company. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy and served on active duty as a Naval Flight Officer.

Mark Fetherolf
Executive Vice President, Technology
As chief technology officer, Mr. Fetherolf, age 53, is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and integration of all products affiliated with SilkRoad companies, including InterAct’s industry-leading public safety systems. Mr. Fetherolf has played many roles over the course of his 24 years in corporate IT, consulting, and the software business including programmer, software architect, project manager, seminar instructor, consulting branch manager, entrepreneur, product manager, product development executive and eBusiness creator. He believes that information technology will succeed in the market when visionary leaders and expert managers creatively align diverse elements of technology, marketing, sales, finance, service, and business operations.

J. Evans Wroten
Executive Vice President, Delivery

Mr. Wroten is responsible for driving InterAct's infrastructure initiatives. He holds more than 15 years of experience in product development and senior management roles within the technology industry. Prior to joining InterAct, Mr. Wroten served as the vice president for technology infrastructure services at divine, inc. Mr. Wroten joined divine through the acquisition of NetUnlimited, an integrated full-service provider of Internet services and computer network solutions, where he was the founder, president and CEO. In recognition of his strong leadership and notable success in the technology field, Mr. Wroten was designated one of the Triad's Top Ten People to Watch, a finalist for the Ernst & Young Carolina's Entrepreneur of the Year, and he has also received numerous awards including the North Carolina Small Business Person of the Year and the Triad’s Top 40 Under 40 Leadership Award. Mr. Wroten’s civic affiliations include the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce Technology Council, where he served as chair and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, where he served on the Board of Advisors. He also holds memberships with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, the Winston-Salem Science and Technology Roundtable, Techcentricity, Piedmont Club, and !dealliance.

Marc Koffskey
Executive Vice President, Customer Care

Mr. Koffskey has been a part of InterAct Public Safety Systems since 1991 exhibiting superior drive and support of InterAct system development and installation thus working up the ranks to becoming EVP of Customer Care. Mr. Koffskey began his career as a mechanical engineer for Union Carbide Corporation. While there, he was exposed to the world of computer programming which started his stellar career. After 12 years as a computer programmer and consultant at various times for companies such as Motorola, Intel and the US Army Corps of Engineers, Mr. Koffskey joined InterAct Public Safety Systems and became a pioneer in the public safety industry. He developed the first industry wide GIS-integrated CAD, and the first onsite ANI/ALI database which are now industry standards. This experience and fundamental development earned Mr. Koffskey the titles EVP of Engineering and Operations at various times of his career with InterAct, ultimately leading to his current position as EVP of Customer Care. Mr. Koffskey received his degree in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Clemson University.

Steven J. McDowall
Executive Vice President, Engineering

As senior vice president of product engineering, Mr. McDowall, age 45, implements software engineering techniques to maximize the usability and stability of InterAct products. Since August 2003, he has managed the engineering efforts of InterAct’s crises management and communication software, MissionMode Solutions, which is SilkRoad Equity financed company. From 2002-2003, Mr. McDowall acted as the chief operating officer of illumineX, inc., where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the company in the areas of profit and loss, development, marketing initiatives, product direction and corporate strategies. Mr. McDowall managed the growth and success of PLATINUM technology, inc.’s desktop management division as vice president from 1998-1999. At PLATINUM, Mr. McDowall was a member of the Senior Architecture Board, which was responsible for the company’s overall technical direction. He has secured five patents pertaining to the area of software system architecture and he is also the co-creator of UUM SIGNET, which handles all Usenet connectivity issues between the Internet and the state of Minnesota. In past years, Mr. McDowall has received the 3M-Creativity Award and Bausch & Lomb’s National Science Award.
