Our executive management team is made up of seasoned individuals who now seek to define TrueSentry, Inc. as a world-class company delivering digital video surveillance solutions. Our executive management team consists of the following members:
Andrew J. "Flip" Filipowski
Matthew Roszak Mr. Roszak oversees SilkRoad’s financial operations including treasury, finance, and accounting, as well as legal and M&A. Mr. Roszak is managing partner of SilkRoad Equity LLC a privately held international acquisition and management firm that pursues an aggressive strategy of acquiring promising high-technology organizations and managing them for growth and profitability. Prior to SilkRoad, Mr. Roszak served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for divine, inc. (NASDAQ: DVIN), an enterprise software firm. Previously, Mr. Roszak was a principal with leading international investment firms including, Advent International plc and Keystone Capital Partners LLC. During his career, Mr. Roszak has invested and managed in excess of $500 million of equity capital in a broad range of industries, and has experience in executing a broad scope of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate and transactional financing, including private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and conventional financings; public offerings, private placements and financial restructurings. Peter J. Quintas As Executive Vice President and General, Peter Quintas is responsible for driving the technology and product strategy for TrueSentry’s focus on the large-scale video surveillance deployments for public safety and homeland security. His experience and expertise has been focused on building high-growth businesses in enterprise software and launching innovative technology solutions. Peter also serves in various positions of other portfolio companies of SilkRoad Equity. Prior to TrueSentry, Peter served as Director of Technology for divine inc., where he was responsible for the technical architecture, development and delivery of divine’s collaboration solutions and core software infrastructure. Peter also co-founded and served in entrepreneurial positions in technology startups focusing on high-volume transactional financial solutions and in areas focusing on Java development tools. In 1998, he authored an integrated Java development environment which won the prestigious JavaOne ‘98 "Best-of-Show" award. Red Maxwell J. Evans Wroten Mr. Wroten is responsible for driving SilkRoad's infrastructure initiatives. He brings more than 15 years of experience in product development and senior management roles within the technology industry. Prior to joining SilkRoad, Wroten served as the vice president for Technology Infrastructure Services at divine, inc. Mr. Wroten joined divine through the acquisition of NetUnlimited, an integrated full-service provider of Internet services and computer network solutions, where he was the founder, president and CEO. In recognition of his strong leadership and notable success in the technology field, Mr. Wroten was designated one of the Triad's Top Ten People to Watch, was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Carolina's Entrepreneur of the Year and has received numerous awards including the North Carolina Small Business Person of the Year and the Triad’s Top 40 Under 40 Leadership Award. Mr. Wroten has been elected to many boards and committees including the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce Technology Council in which he served as chair, the board of advisors for the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and the board of directors for the Winston-Salem Science and Technology Roundtable, Techcentricity, Piedmont Club, and !diealliance. Dave Abrams Dave Abrams pioneers core technologies and surveillance products for public safety and homeland security. He is the chief architect of TrueSentry, a surveillance platform that intelligently identifies threats from thousands of cameras, DVRs, sensors, and network devices. It employs video content analysis, and audio analytics to filter out false alarms and report incidents with 911 computer aided dispatch, notification and collaboration tools. Abrams led development of TrueLook at divine, Inc. and Perceptual Robotics. His team created the first pan/tilt/zoom network camera. The TrueLook web service has done over 1 billion transactions to over 50 million users, deployed in major media events including: NBA Finals, Wimbledon, The Masters, US Open, MLB World Series. Abrams has patented video collaboration tools, and pending patents in network management and e-commerce. His web usability research was one of the first extensive human factors studies of web users, and Microsoft used it in designing Internet Explorer 4. He wrote the analytics algorithms for the NIKE NGage, an imaging device used in He is a certified Java architect, project manager (PMP), and IBM solution developer.
